ABOUT ME

Mauri grew up as the fortunate daughter of two design-obsessed parents. Her father, Jim Donohoe, worked in commercial and residential development and construction; while her mother, Mary Jo Donohoe, is a prominent and well-published interior decorator. Almost through osmosis, Mauri has acquired a genuine love of all things home design, renovation, and remixing.

With years of experience apprenticing for her talented mother's firm, MJ Interior Designs, Mauri has completed two major home renovations and multiple client design projects. While this designer describes her own style as "clean cottage with a traditional undertone and a hint of whimsy", she is comfortable working with diverse design styles.

Mauri's attention to detail, understanding of space-planning and scale, and project organization contribute to a seamless and successful project. Your finished product will be a clean, personal space with layered details and interesting finishes that tell your story.
